Annmarie Gianchiglia is an integral part of NextHome Real Estate Executives operations. Annmarie has worked with James Madalone as chief executive assistant and a Licensed Realtor for over two decades (26 plus years) and her role is vitally important to the facilitation of office procedures. Her task includes; but certainly, are not limited to maintaining uninterrupted flow of office and team coordination, focus on optimal use of resources; and administrative assistance to James Madalone and the marketing department. Annmarie is a firm believer in collaboration and its need to coordinate a common vision; thus, she is involved with each real estate transaction; overseeing it to completion.

Prior to working with James Madalone; Annmarie was a new construction service manager for K. Hovnanian. Her father was a builder and her mother was a realtor for decades. Annmarie has grown up in the real estate industry.
Outside of the office; Annmarie is the mother of an active young daughter and participates in many school extracurricular activities. You can also find her at the beach; enjoying Florida living to its maximum capacity.
Annmarie has been in the real estate industry since 1998! Also a notary public in the state of Florida!
