Born in Massachusetts to a Carpenter and Artist, but raised in Florida, Rachel Cannon brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to Real Estate in South Florida. Her passion for design from her mother and her attention to detail in construction from her father is a huge contributing factor to her knowledge and understanding of selling and buying homes.
Her desire for constructing things started at the early age of 5 when she would accompany her father doing carpenter work on custom homes and over the years carried that desire by expanding her knowledge and understanding of multiple trades within the construction industry, by volunteering on construction projects throughout the state of Florida. Before graduating in 2002, she began her career working for a consulting engineering firm and has progressively worked there for the past 19 years, developing relationships with external clients as well as internal clients to provide solutions to their ever-growing needs. Her passion in helping people has been shown within her career, but most importantly throughout her life by means of the volunteer work that she and her husband Roosevelt participate in, teaching people within our local community. Rachel chose the Real Estate industry because of her strong desire to help people achieve their goals whether that means selling your beloved home or buying your first or tenth home. Rachel is an avid traveler, fashion lover who enjoys gourmet cooking (inherited by her grandparents who were French Chefs) and enjoys showing clients the best that South Florida living has to offer.
